Return Policy

Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pdhandygo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
