Return and Refund Policy

At PDHANDYGO, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience for all our home decor and household products.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Free Return Shipping & No Restocking Fees

We want you to shop with absolute confidence.

  • Free Return Shipping: We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returned items. Your return is $0 in cost to you.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at sales@pdhandygo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

5. Damages and Issues
